the pursuit of happiness

I am and have been an official fashion student at Coventry University for one month now and as part of my course have to write a blog to 'document' everything, which is pretty awesome because this is something people have been trying to persuade me to set up for a while now but im one of those people that always seem to be getting round to doing things but never actually achieving them..

This isnt really going to be a stereotypical 'fashion blog' because i dont really think i view fashion as most people do, i see it as an art something that can be pushed and pulled and stretched to produce something above and beyond the imagination of the normality and give something a deeper meaning something that at the end of the day isnt just superficial but actually represents something. I think it annoys me the most when people view fashion students as stupid people, and especially when they view me as a stupid person, compared to my flatmates im not 'saving the world' who all do courses that in the society we live in hold an obvious meaning and intelligence but i chose to do fashion because im passionate about it and believe i can achieve something that can and will be recognised. i am on the pursuit of happiness.
